Phase 1: The Grand Kickoff (August 2023)
- Token Launch (18.08.2023): We officially launched the 9to5 Token, marking the beginning of what we’re confident will be a game-changer in the world of crypto or at least a fun experiment. Early adopters jumped on board, and we celebrated with virtual confetti and maybe a glass of something bubbly.
- Whitepaper Release: Finalizing and releasing the whitepaper, because nothing says “we’re serious” like a well-crafted document. We balanced enough humor to keep things interesting, but enough facts to keep things credible.

Phase 2: Establishing Foundations (Q4 2023)
- Community Building: We began cultivating a community of like-minded individuals who, like us, think the traditional 9-to-5 is a bit outdated. Discord and Twitter became our virtual office spaces.
- Initial Hype Generation: With the token out in the wild, we started spreading the word through social media, convincing people that this isn’t just another meme coin though it might also be that.

Phase 3: Growth and Expansion (Q1 2024)
- Token Listings: We focus on getting 9to5 Token listed on more exchanges, making it easier for everyone to buy, sell, and trade. The more exchanges, the merrier (and hopefully the richer).
- First Major Partnerships: We start building partnerships with other projects, platforms, and maybe even a few unexpected players. Think outside the box, because we definitely are.

Phase 4: The Big Push (Q2 2024)
- Marketing Blitz: Time to crank up the marketing machine. We’re talking social media campaigns, influencer shoutouts, and maybe even a surprise or two. The goal? Make sure everyone knows that 9TO5 isn’t just a token, it’s a movement.
- Global Outreach: We expand our reach, aiming to bring 9TO5 to a global audience. Localized marketing campaigns, multilingual support, and regional ambassadors will help spread the word far and wide.
- Governance Initiatives: We start giving our community more power? What happens next?

Phase 5: Scaling and Optimizing (Q3 2024)
- Continuous Improvement: We keep listening to user feedback, making tweaks, improvements, and occasionally throwing in something completely unexpected just to keep things interesting.

- Consolidate and Reflect: With a year of hard work behind us, we take a moment to reflect on our progress. We assess what worked, what didn’t, and what we can do to make the next year even better.
